SETOF raster ST_Retile(regclass tab, name col, geometry ext, float8 sfx, float8 sfy, int tw, int th, text algo='NearestNeighbor');
返回一組具有指定比例 (sfx, sfy) 和最大尺寸 (tw, th) 的圖塊，這些圖塊覆蓋指定範圍 (ext)，且資料來自指定的網格覆蓋範圍 (tab, col)。
